I will be sending it off on Tuesday affter i talk to the store i bought it from. I will deffinetly take some pics of the sn and overall scope before it leaves. Thanks for all the tips.

Not a derail, I don't think, but I consider Burris and Nikon as pretty damn reliable glass. I've photographed with Nikon equipment for 30 years and only one hand me down lens from my father that he used professionally for years before has had seal issues. My experience over only 10 years with their scopes has been similar. Send it back for warranty. Sh!t happens. Its how a company deals with a problem that seperates them. Fwiw, I never liked the feel of Bushnell products. Vortex seems ok, but Burris and Nikon just seem to have quality control down.
Well im happy to here korth is good to deal with and fast. I hope to get this gun on with some hand loads befor open day.

I called korth and they told me that it will have to be shipped back to the us to ger fixed. The retailer is going to throw a loner scope on To get me through hunting season.
