whahaha, just bought two sigs, 229r,sp2022

ive been in an instant where it is a meaningful concept. so yes, it is important to me.

thanks

You might want to start getting your story straight for the police right away, ahead of time, because they will be asking how you were able to get to a locked, unloaded restricted so fast... and this doesn't even take into consideration the question of last option, your impending confiscation and immense financial costs.

It's always nice to parade a quote like "better to be judged by twelve than be carried by six", but the reality isn't nearly as nice sounding.

Good luck, anyway :)

Right, because stopping power is a meaningful concept in the Republic of Canukistan.

Excellent choice on the firearms, though: I plan on getting an SP2022 as well...

Give it time my friend, give it time. We are currently fighting for the right of law-abiding citizens to choose the best tools for protection of life and limb.

As for the OP, nice to hear you scored a couple of top-notch pistols. The Edge is one of the best place to get 'em from too.

In regards to the 9/.40 debate, I would prefer .45ACP, but I will use a SIG P229R in 9mm for my IDPA. I love my .45, but 1). I can't use it for IDPA and 2). 9mm is waaaay cheaper than either...

How about this?? http://www.gunvault.com/ This is a vault in every sense of the word!!! and opens in seconds. Think outside the box my son, lol.

Would u not take the legal hassles over imminent bodily harm or death to your family??

Sooo how did the SP2022 shoot anyways? Just bought one today anxious to get some reviews.

Same. Waiting on CFO approval and it's getting shipped...

Don't worry, when I get mine, I'll be making a huge review thread for it with pictures and all that jazz.

Like I said, it's easy to parade that quote but the reality isn't nearly as nice. When all is said and done, your firearms will have been confiscated and you will be financially bankrupt.

... but you'll be alive. I suppose that counts for something. *shrug+smirk*

Just cover all your bases if you're seriously planning on using firearms for self-defense.
