Nice shooting! I like the aluminum blocks you made, I may try something like that myself. The LSS chassis is really nice but I think it needs some improvement on how it shoots from bags/rest.

I noticed you said the flyweight trigger you have is set to 4 oz, I didn’t realize they could go that low. I read about them before because I thought about getting one but it said that the trigger was only adjustable from 12 oz. which is where my YoDave trigger is consistently breaking. Did you have someone work on the trigger for you?

Thanks djosselyn311.

The Fly Trigger adjusts from about 3.6oz (1 Newton) to 18.0oz (5 Newtons). Out of the box they come adjusted to about 11oz. The trigger didn't need any additional work, I just turned down the pull weight and made sure there was enough sear engagement to pass a bump test from a one foot drop. I think it's a great single stage trigger. Hope this helps.

Finally made it.

Rifle used was an Anschutz 1927F with Eley Tenex ammunition. Shot at 50m in a friends pasture this evening. Beautiful conditions, 20 degrees and only the faintest of left to right breeze.

I couldn't help this. TOZ-78-14 rebranded Winchester Wildcat Varmint. Too bad they're not importing them anymore.
No mods to this rifle, trigger sitting at a crisp 3 lbs. Even shoots bulk ammo very well. It will get trigger work and pillar bedding when time permits.

Scope is a Bushnell Elite 6x24X, ammo was Lapua Center - X. Caliper zeroed @ .220

Today was a great day for shooting !

Made the challenge with the Feinwerkbau.
It was the second time I was shooting this rifle.
Haven't even tuned the action screws yet so it have great potential to not say the least.
Last week, I did some ammo testing and it likes Lapua Center-X.
The trigger is just wow, even better than my Walther...

The rifle is a ( German ) Feinwerkbau Modell 2000.
Lapua Center-X ammo.
Mystic Precision bipod and a cheap rear bag.
Bausch & Lomb 36x scope.

Groups :
1- .144″
2- .336″
3- .347″
4- .225″
5- .369″

No scope but nothing to suggest it was hand held.

No scope but nothing to suggest it was hand held.

What does that have to do with the accomplishment?

Do you add that comment about all the other shooters who have had their names added to the list?
Did anyone make that comment about your groups?
You did not make that comment when my name has been added.

"dryfire" is an accomplished shooter. He has competed against "F" class shooters in the past and on occasion beaten them shooting his .22 rimfire against center fire rifles.

Also note the five targets were shot at 50 metres versus 50 yards.
What was the significance of "hand held" for what else would it be?
After you wrote a great article on the weekend your comments on this site your sour grapes appears to be an attempt to diminish dry fire's accomplishment!
