So I got out today with a Walther PPK 32 that I finally convinced my father to transfer to me. It was a very different shooting experience with such a compact gun after only shooting full sized plus guns. Made me really regret not making the effort to get the 12.6, and made me even more jealous of you guys that have them.
The Walther is a neat little well engineered gun. Hard to believe they crammed a safety and a decocker into such a small package. It shot pretty well too with minimal problems. Very soft shooting in 32 acp but I hear they are a handful in 380 (which doesn't exist pre '46 i believe).
Anyway the experience got me interested in looking at other 12.7 options. Any one have recommendations for other pre '46 12.7 guns that would be worth trying to acquire?
