That scene looks a lot like Ipperwash. Rec hall to the right and like bogus 111 noted H huts in the background.

That, or any of the dozens of other temporary camps that sprang up to support training troops for the war. Actually they all have a certain sameness to the look.
 
Camp Dundurn, SK was a bit of a difference as they built stone huts there during the depression as a works relief project. I pass the Vernon Cadet Camp fairly often and see the wartime huts still in use. They've been renovated to the point where its like building a palace inside a $hithouse.:rolleyes:
