Wk180-C UPDATE

The only good thing about the WK180 was the "W" (Wolverine) now that the "W" is gone, we are left with a #### rifle, manufactured by an untrustworthy company and soon to be distributed by a backstabbing vendor. The gun buying public will decide the fate of the WK180.

I appreciate the response, honestly with all the ways this can be read by different parties and how easily a company's reputation can be tarnished I highly recommend putting out a full factual statement on your perspective otherwise the rumour mill will go mental.

Also I am curious as to what their current manufacture rate is and how many of these things have been made.

The less they say, as with all issues that may result in legal proceedings, the better off they are.

Even if John put up 500$ per rifle to produce as a lowball...

its $3,000,000 if 6000 units was the starting number... if John paid more it goes up from there....

Well, that assumes that he wouldn't be payed any money by consumers and assumes that he payed for all 6000 , which he didn't, he actually said he'd only prepaid for half. Also, I am not going to make too many assumptions, I'd rather underestimate the cost in this case, trying to be impartial especially since I've had limited experience with wolverine and Kodiak.

(Edited a typo)

That's why I lowballed the price at 500 but that's a fair point. The dollar value in play is still relevant however...

But John is now refunding all the deposits...
So it's still a cluster#### of getting people their money back and then John recouping his...

I would imagine that wont be easy as I doubt Kodiak sat on it but instead put all that money in production....

As soon as I seen that 'new one' , I knew something bad had to be going down. I will continue to support Wolverine (one of fewer and fewer shops sadly these days) ............. Can't say the same about kodiak or whomever they are conspiring with.

So wolverine won't be doing any 180NSR pre order I take it.

The orders that were taken for the 180NSR are still valid on our end, pending if they produce them or not.
Is NS the ones behind the massive price increase on those FX9s last year? Pre order was set at 899$ then right before there they landed they jumped to $1099 ?

No... we fully explained why that occurred. That horse died along time ago. d:h:

Good question, John?

For any questions on service, production, ETAs, and anything regarding the current status of the rifle contact Kodiak Defence.

I was looking forward to getting one of these :(

So was I..

Apologies for the sub par image quality.

.... I have found that there are some men with honour and integrity and others who not even understand their meaning.

People can speculate all they want but I will continue to walk with my head held high.

Why is it that so many shady things that go on in the Canadian firearms industry have North Sylva attached right in the middle...

Whata goddamn sh*tshow!! Wolverine makes an effort to bring a NR firearm to the Canadian market, and Kodiak, North slyva , and Westrifle screw them.
I was looking forward to buying one of these rifles, now that Wolverine isnt involved...screw it, I will spend my money on other products at Wolverine!!

What does Westrifle have to do with this? I definitely missed that part.
