Wk180-C UPDATE

Now I can finally say this. I can't stand Kodiak. I wasn't going to saying anything before because Wolverine's name was on it being the W in the WK. But Kodiak is a #### company. Their customer service sucks, their attitude of "If you want something pristine then go buy a different gun." and their quality of craftsmanship is horrible. Not only that, their Vz 58 was junk. Norinco can make a better gun than Kodiak.

Yes, I could write a book on it, maybe one day I will but not write now, I just feel sick that at time when we need unity in our industry we are put in this position.

I have learnt many lessons over the years, most of them the hard way. I have found that there are some men with honour and integrity and others who not even understand their meaning.

People can speculate all they want but I will continue to walk with my head held high.

I think this says enough, thank you.

Crazy. A big part of me purchasing this rifle was the wolverine affiliation and knowing i can trust what they support. I'm still glad to have one

Other than wanting a NR 5.56 semi auto rifle, one of the reasons I purchased a WK180C was to support Wolverine Supplies. John has done so much for Canadian shooters over the years I was happy to buy this rifle. My wk180c has been awesome, and I love the retro/modern blend this rifle has achieved. IMO the WK looks way better than the NSR. If I wanted a more AR15 ish rifle I would buy a SLR or MS. I will keep the WK180C because I lobe it but I can't wait for my SLR to get here so I can assemble it!

Wolverine, I will continue to support you. Keep up the good work!

I wasn't really happy about the wait for mine but that isn't Wolverines fault per say. I doubt they would do a pre order like that again, without an actual production firearm already made.

Wolverine was very cordial, quick to reply to e-mail and easy to deal with. Will definitely do business with them again.....hopefully....

I'm sorry to hear this John, and I can't agree more with the bolded statement. Hopefully one day this can appear in a musings of a wolverine post.
It feels like some days in this industry you have to wear your plate carrier backwards.

WOW, sorry to hear this. You guys have always been great to deal with so I am pretty disappointed in Kodiac. I guess the 180 market is dead now, I talked with Kevin from RWA and he has left the company. So I guess that means the RWA 180 is dead as well. Glad I collected these Canadian rifles while I could. Keep up the great work John, cant wait see where you guys go from here.

Yikes, I inquired about this on the NSR post and it turned out to be true.

This is the worst timing, just when Canadians need Non-registered ban-bait to counteract legislature. Damn.

I truly hope Kodiak stands behind their customers and continues warranty programs. Kodiak has given me great customer service so far.

Does this mean thousands of orders will go unfulfilled? How many orders need to be refunded?

Perhaps these rifles will be more sought after now...
Best of luck Mr.Wolverine, perhaps after this large headache subsides you are able to create another great rifle. Much love and thank you for this gift.
