I'll sound like an old fart, but it might not be that wise to load up to what your personal revolver can take, even if you don't plan to use it on an older, more fragile piece. At some point in the future, 38sw ammos will be used in a 38sw firearm, and the kaboom can happen. By definition, people don't plan to have accidents.
You can load 38spl cases to 357Mag pressure if you know you're gonna use them in a 357 firearm, but it's not a good idea. There's probably more revolvers blown up by 357 ammos disguised as 38spl than people are willing to admit. No problem with the opposite though, load a 357 to 38spl specs and everyone will come out with both hands.
