I want a 9mm all metal handgun. I was disappointed with the polymers and need the weight to get on target. The problem is price.
I remember from the army that the browning hi power kept bitting me in the web of the hand. I assume the Canuck hi power would do the same. I could change out the hammer but ...... I don't want to. It is the budget option.
I have handled the CZ Shadow 2 and it felt like it was part of me. I wanted it until I saw the price. Oh my. But if it is far superior then I may bite the bullet.
I started to look at the CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow. It seems to be a compromise in price but will it meet my needs?
I am not in competition. I just like to go to the range and plink. But I want to plink with finesse in that I actually get consistent good groups.
FYI I already have a classic polymer 9mm and I love my Ruger 22lr. But I want a 9mm that i will love. Not sure which one I should go for.
Any advice would be appreciated.
