The new grey birch solutions barrels look pretty good. I’m going to be trying one out soon.
Have a DLASK barrel on my SR22
It has never let me down performance wise

Hi, I'm in Winnipeg. Where were you able to purchase barrel and did you do install yourself? Was headspacing a concern? This is in response to the Green Mountain 28" barrel.
I have a couple of Dlask barrels with sporter chambers and both are very accurate. I have a 12.5" and 16.5". I also have a Kidd match SS 20" which is more accurate but has a tighter chamber. Shoot everything with the Dlask or slightly more accurate with the Kidd but more expensive ammo> All depends on your use and expectations for ur gun!
A 10/22 is amazing out of box. How could it ever be improved.
I have a gun that (longstud) built. Its dlask receiver and 16.5 sporter barrel. It shoots great. Not a single problem. It shoots cci standard velocity well, very well. Extremely happy with itThis was helpful as I plan my next 22. For those of you with the Dlask barrels in either 12.5 or 16.5, can you tell me more about how they shot? Compared to anything else you've tried? I've pretty much decided to go with a TUF-22, but the question remains whether I get a complete rifle and stick with the Dlask barrel or build on one of their receivers and go with a McGowen or another option.

That's positive. Thanks. I'm told Dlask uses green mountain blanks, and I read that they're pretty good for the price but not up to the same standard as KIDD and others. Kind of between a barrel on a factory rifle and a top tier match barrel. Does my research line up with your experience?I have a gun that (longstud) built. Its dlask receiver and 16.5 sporter barrel. I've found CCI SV to be the best of the cheap options in most of my 22s. Eley, SK, etc, are better and really start to show it at long distance, but that's sort of an "on average" statement as 22s seem to be quite picky with which ammo they like best. How do you find the CCI standard velocity compared to other more expensive .22? I've got some of it on the way.

For the budget ammo CCI SV shoots quite well in my 18” Volquartsen, 3/4” 10 shot groups are common but every other group I end up with a flyer that opens up the group to over 1”. For some reason my rifle shoots Remington yellow jackets just as good as the Elley and SK, right at 5/8”, 10 shot groups at 50 yards.
Did you have any difficulty removing your 12” Dlask barrel?
It’s funny some people say yellow jackets are dirty horrible ammo . But I love them and get close to the same results as you
