Here's a question for anyone who might know. What happens when an OIC is made to prohibit or ban a firearm that doesn't have a registration certificate, I.e. the Vz58 or the Ruger Mini 14, as they are classified non-restricted? Apologies if this has already been asked and answered.
 
Does anyone know if an order in council can be rescinded with another order in council? I feel like this specific topic was covered in a previous thread, but I can't seem to remember the specifics of that thread and also where to find this thread. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I just spoke with my MP and he said I should not he concerned...this was a dog and pony show to shore up some political.points for his fan base. He claimed this will not stand up to the rule of law. For what it's worth.....

Don't talk like that. The world hasn't become unglued, your perceptions have from all the propaganda you've been consuming. Get back on track and realize grandfathering is not an option. Focus your efforts to join the collective and fight this atrocious law and dictator.

Things suck, but lets not get carried away. My father joined the Royal Navy at 16 and a half to fight the Nazis after the house across the road was bombed, now that was unglued. We still have means to fight this and we should.
