Trudeau and Blair BAN 12 Gauge and 10 Gauge SHOTGUNS!

Ah you're back , so tell me again how the current government hasn't banned my 460 Weatherby

I don't want you to think I agree with it. I don't agree with it one bit. But I also don't agree with fear mongering... Fear Mongering is what causes the community to lose credibility. We are attacking this from the wrong angle.
There is a judicial process in place that should determine whether what was done was legal AND democratic.

Just trying to fool the duck hunters into making some noise about the new regs?

I agree, a ploy to get more on board, stir up those that if it doesn't affect me no worries. I've seen this from the CSSA before. Hey it might wake up a few.

Between this and banning arfcom, theres an opportunity to jump on their incompetence

Oh and sorry gotta say, welcome to the party DU!

Which judicial process... I didnt realize the OIC was under review?

If this is our best argument that we can mount, then I will be sitting on my wallet for quite a while... Only made us look more foolish CSSA.

It's funny people taking bill blaire at his word on twitter a non official website. He's lied to all of us about this whole situation. Now when it's shown their lack of knowledge and ignoring the firearms sector during their decisions has bit off more then they can chew they throw a little bone on twitter to you all, to calm you all down. Even if this doesn't end up banning 12g's with a 20mm bore. The fact it can even be interpreted that way is a giant ####ing failure.

Pick your favourite choke size fellas, and weld it in. Or, is it legal to cut the threaded choke portion off the barrel, as longs as it meets minimum length requirements? I realize that someone may not want to bugger up a really expensive collector/skeet gun. Its just a thought.

Modifying a prohibited firearm does not make legal.
