Due process and debate would have prevented this, but instead they did during a pandemic to avoid all that. You should be angry, but your frustration is misdirected.

Facts are facts. If a bore measures > x and the OIC labels that as prohibited, it is what it is. It isn't up for debate. It can't be fake.

What is up for debate is whether or not it was intentional. Likely this was inadvertent, they have not expressed any interest in going after "duck hunters". But if there is a way for us as firearms owners (and our lawyers) to capitalize on these mistakes then we most certainly should. God knows the liberals do.

Do you have any better ideas to rescind this? Please do share.

Denying something that is potentially risky could hurt you, it's really irresponsable.
 
I truly don't understand why people think they will get by with a technicality

The new law says anything with a bore of 20mm+ is prohibited, and they think that they can tell the cops to just ignore the 21mm portion on their guns?

Oh ya...total denial...I love all the Fudd comments about how it must be "fake" or "nuh-uh" only the threaded portion is bigger than 20mm so it doesnt matter!.....lol put your reading spectacles on and actually read the OIC that pertains to bore diameter.

Thanks for assuring me this was just an oversight.
The liberal hate party would never write a vague law so they could exploit it at a later date.
So far their attacks on us have been very clear with no gray areas.

Yes you should register all your unknown fire arms to overload their system
