New Trudeau Blair rules on shotguns

All this controversy... every time the liberals enact gun legislation... as if the gun owners can do anything about it... it's the same old story... the Liberals and the NDP and the Green party are all anti gun... what major party does that leave? And why did they lose the last election? Gun owners are a minority in a changing Canada. I won't be around but I think it is a bleak future for gun owners in just 20 more years. This has to be fought by the younger members. Us old 'fudds' have been fighting it for as long as I can remember.

I sure wish someone here that owns one in canada not the UK would chime in since we have questions and so far no one has
Old man even owned a gun shop and we never had one come in. Remember a 4ga but no 8

I hear you and agree. 55 years for me. Real bleak since the future owners think e-mails and petitions will solve the issues and worse they have to fight with one hand so the cell phone is ok :(
 
Who does the CSSA think it, issuing directives to retailers to stop selling their inventory.
Shame on the retailers for listening.
If they were supposed to stop selling, Law Enforcement would do the informing.

No idea on the 935 but I have an old 835 barrel and it is as I stated. It is one the the very first ones made however

Here is one to think about. Maybe the 775 came later as a marketing gimmick nothing more

A back bored barrel will increase velocity in a 12 gauge reliably up to .740 diameter. All wads will expand to seal the bore up to .740 diameter. The reason you have increases in velocity is that you are changing the volume of the interior of the bore which changes the expansion ratio for the powder being burned. All of this works with the corelation of barrel length but by decreasing the resistance of the bigger bore you will get an increase in velocity.

Agree. Well only some are. I always bought my shotguns from three only one as far back as the 60's. Now I am down to one for any future purchases Prophet River
