Called near end of business on stupid Friday, I did have to wait on hold for at least 2 minutes. Had the fix first thing Monday morning. Works for me.
You got the tracking number, but has it started moving yet? If it's not in stock (even when they say it is), it may not move for a few weeks or more until they get it in from their distributor.
When you buy online, do they ask for a photo of your license like some stores do?
here's my latest update from tenda
order april 19th all items i ordered were listed as in stock on their website
april 27th email from tenda saying order complete and ups tracking number issued
may 7th email from tenda saying partial refund not everything i ordered was in stock
as of may 7th ups still hasn't picked up my "partial" order.
