TSE to launch a court challenge against the OIC - FILED

So when you get a multi million dollar settlement to make this go away do we get our 25$ back?
Why isn't this a class action?

I agree, but we also recognize that many are financially struggling right now AND there are a number of fights raising money right now.

I am humbled by how fast we got to $32k....we have to deduct $9k because of a mistake in a donation... which should be fixed in a day or so from GoFundMe... Man was that guy paniced ;-).

Ha! I hope it's fixed before his wife checks the statement...! You don't want to be an accessory to anything...


Also - like many - I'm in the position to donate to multiple causes, which I am grateful to have the ability and opportunity to do. We have to support people who are fighting in our name, to whatever extent we can.

Also more than 80000 People have viewed shotgun ban post but not much people actually do anything?

Maybe the same should've been said to TSE back when they singlehandedly got the CZ858 and Swiss Arms prohibited in the first place.

Time to move on and get on board with the battle at hand. JR's stepping up to lead something that, if successful, will benefit us all. Having gone through litigation in the past, I know first hand how much of a pain in the brain it is and the impact a court case can have on your personal life: Having him willing to stick his neck out now and take the lumps he'll inevitable receive has earned him my respect. (And this is coming from someone who had two guns tied up in that old mess)
