TSE to launch a court challenge against the OIC - FILED

Seriously? Single handedly? And where do you get that I had absolutely anything even remotely to do with the CZ858 ban?

I'll be honest, I still have a grudge from the Swiss Arms fiasco. No grudge is more important than making sure this fight is funded though, so I'll be supporting you here. Best of luck, J.R.

Maybe the same should've been said to TSE back when they singlehandedly got the CZ858 and Swiss Arms prohibited in the first place.

I lost a SAM to but now, the man is going to court for us all, time to quit the grudge and unite behind him.
Did you donate, it's better than #####ing. Dam

Yup. I pretty much tapped out my donation fund to the CCFR and CSSA when this first started, but the rest just went to J.R.

To me this is a big step TSE is taking that will help me get over myself about the Swiss Arms.

12000 people Have viewed this post only 500 people actually donated, come on guys only 5 bucks if you donated right after viewing this we already there. This Is not only for JR it’s for all of us! Keep that in mind.

Also more than 80000 People have viewed shotgun ban post but not much people actually do anything?

We need to unite together!
Dude, 92% of PAL holders couldn't even be bothered to sign the C-71 e-petition.

Make no mistake, hunters and trap shooters are next. Rathjen and Provost have already announced the ban didn't go far enough and (to the surprise of exactly nobody) hunting-type firearms are used more often than semis and handguns in domestic violence. So guess who's next? You.

Listen, they will not be satisfied until every gun is taken away from every civilian. If you don't understand that by now, what will convince you?

And for those of you still grumbling about the Swiss Arms thing, fair enough. But TSC has atoned, and they are paying for this, what will easily be a six-figure action. Time to bury the hatchet and unite.

i really hope more companies do the same with their own legal battles, they have been trying the death by 1000 cuts approach for a long time. maybe multiple individual legal battles can return a small fraction of the favor

Now may not be the time, but as some point these companies and retailers need to form an association. Like a Canadian Firearms Business Ass'n. So when (not "if") this happens again they can put forward a united front.

There is one: The CSAAA

But the problem is that the industry itself is fairly segmented and divisive. You think getting 4 organizations to work together is hard... Try getting 4500 gun store owners...

Your actions over this assault have helped put some of the animus of the past to one side - I've very much liked how you've been handling this. Kudos. Donation sent.

I agree, but we also recognize that many are financially struggling right now AND there are a number of fights raising money right now.

I am humbled by how fast we got to $32k....we have to deduct $9k because of a mistake in a donation... which should be fixed in a day or so from GoFundMe... Man was that guy paniced ;-).

I saw that donation and had to look up the character to see if he was some millionaire business mogul or such. Apparently he's just someone with a 'stutter' typing zero's when he's excited! Sure can't fault the guy for contributing though :)
