yes they can and they did. The word is "variant" what does that mean? what ever they want it to.

I have yet to see or find any reference to a pump action shotgun that has been banned. AR style (eye roll) shotguns only- including one bolt action (wtf!), but no pumps.

EDIT: the Canuck Havoc pump action is listed- but not the Rem 870 or Mossberg pumps.

I can’t find ANYTHING online about the Canuck Havoc.

seems this “ list” that was passed on earlier friday on one of the threads , which myself re posted Was an error . Mossbergs 500 and remington 870’s are not prohibited .. for now
