I had a look at the CSSA Twitter account and I’m not seeing any reference to what you’re saying.

You live un a rock. this as been debunked
What has been debunked???
Look at CSAAA most recent release.
They are even prohibiting bolt action shotguns FFS. See FRT screenshots here. Both pumps and bolts are now prohib.

Again, they are not.Again ill come back here tomorrow to see what you got to say then.cheers and goodnight
Right- but those two were banned based on the AR15 variant. I don’t agree with it, and I think it’s easy to prove in court- but Remy 870’s and Mossy 590 pumps, as he stated, are NOT prohibited.
So, when I google "Derya VR90" I get images for the MK10 and MK12 Are those sub model variations of the VR90? Are the MK10 and MK12 just different editions of the VR90 and thus banned under the updated FRT as AR variants?
If the Derya VR90 is really now banned, my guess is that the MK 10 and MK 12 are also banned being variants of the VR90 ... And this really sucks...!
yes they can and they did. The word is "variant" what does that mean? what ever they want it to.
Well, they do whatever they want now to suit their agenda. But what WAS NOT a variant by their own standards yesterday IS NOT going to be one today.
The whole issue of tertiary variant prohibitions is just another distraction to hide government's and rcmp's recent shortfalls. Unfortunately, it will most likely take a court case/challenge to rescind those prohibitions.

From what I can gather the Derya Mk10 and Mk10 Gen 2 are not affected by the OIC and have not been reclassified as Prohibited.
They are still listed as Non-restricted as of this post.
