There is a public road in northern BC I would like to use it as it is a public road. It ends with a co-op that owns the property one both sides of the road and is used for trailer and cabins however they do not own the road itself. the road is %100 public. I would like to park at the end of the road to scout a area past their property. Can they stop me and ask me my business or ask me to sign in. I see no reason to give them any information as I have a right to use any public road I choose in BC. Can anyone clarify my rights for me.
