MRA V1-B Receiver Set PRESALE!

####ing what up?

Geeze people just don't get it :HR:

Why are people even talking about making something go pew pew that's designed and marketed as a single pew firearm. Have you seen the stuff that recently got hit with the ban hammer? AR variant or not had absolutely ZERO relevance to us being shafted. It's mind boggling that people don't understand when to zip it.

If you want to continue to enjoy a product like this it's a manually operated firearm /story. Or else this too will gone.

kinda a Kool factor, with a short barrel. However, you used to {buy} a complete PAR for $1229 not long ago. {now gouged at 1850!} A Complete S&W AR was $699 in Canada not long ago. Guess Im Cheap, just receiver sets at $800, seems a tad up there, however, on the other hand, I guess you could do a Budget Build around $1300 mark. {on par w/PAR old price}

Yes. You are cheap. And if you have all the parts from another rifle that’s just sitting collecting dust. The build actually only costs the price of the receiver. So $800 plus tax. So a good deal.

Oh we've all seen it. #### the FRT and the RCMP, they do not make the laws and their interpretations are incorrect. I have multiple guns that may have been reclassified for no reason whatsoever, I'll just keep using them and the rest of you should too. If the RCMP really wanted to try and reclassify this too well, see them in court!

End of rifling is end of barrel unless the brake is made from original barrel and integrated. End of stock is end of gun and if telescopic shortest position is end of gun

Looking at the parts list on page one what is "end plate" and "barrel gas journal seal" ?
Also, what diameter is the buffer tube socket milspec or commercial?

End plate is the plate that goes around the buffer tube.
The buffer tube threads are same size, the difference in size is only thickness of the tube.
The barrel gas journal is the blanked equivalent of the gas block so you can use an AR barrel

I get that barrel length is measure excluding the brake... Barrel length is a separate issue, and we're talking about overall length here. If the stock is included in overall length why is the brake not considered in overall length? A rifle can fired without a stock, and a stock can be removed, often just as easily as a muzzle device (in this case, even easier since most adjustable stocks are removeable tool free, where the muzzle device at least needs a wrench to take it off).

Not saying you're wrong, since often stuff like this doesn't make sense... Just trying to source where your info came from.

Where the heck are these things anyway?

maple ridge armoury stated a week ago that they were a couple weeks behind due to not being happy with the finish on some of the receivers, so they were delaying shipment to get the pieces to an acceptable standard.....
myself, i would prefer a perfect rifle over rushed to market with flaws
i have also waited months for late pre-orders...so 2 weeks is nothing

if anyone is still following this thread....i paid off the balance of my preorder on wed night, and got a ship notification this morning (saturday)....should have my receiver set by tuesday i hope

I just looked and about 1/2 have shipped. There are batches arriving approx every week and we will ship as they arrive.
