Ravens are one of the most intelligent birds out there. One of the things I like to do when hunting, is watch, and listen to ravens.

Definitely a raven, beak and feathers are positive ID factors. To say that crows and Ravens are merely intelligent is a bit of an understatement. They are very clever, and can distinguish many similar items from one another. I had this graphically illustrated to me by an apple orchard owner, who showed me how they could tell the difference between his shotgun and a broom with a black handle. Eagleye

Ravens are also historically associated with death and battle because they are carrion birds that were often seen at the sights of bloody battle.

I'd have to say crow. ive shot plenty of both and a raven's upper beak is typically curved over the bottom beak quite a bit...that beak look's fairly straight like a crows.

BUT don't quote me...bad eyes + unability to zoom pic = probably "wrongness"
