Update On Ontario Restricted Transfer Times

I had two pistols from two different private sellers take from July 7 and 8 to August 19. As I initiated the transfers at the same time they were done simultaneously which was nice. I was also expecting this to take until September.

Slightly OT ref Transfer Paperwork
So I live in Ontario and recently received my third restricted which I purchased Jul 4th. The transfer paperwork was dated Aug 14th. I was comparing this document to the two others I received with the other two restricted and noticed it was quite different.
My previous two transfers were within the last two years and both came from the CFO in Barrie. Both stated that if this was a restricted purchase would need to get ATT prior to moving it. This transfer was from the CFO in Miramichi and there was nothing on the document
stating an ATT required. Now still awaiting registration certificate but just wondering if anymore people are receiving transfers from Miramichi instead of Barrie.

Business to private, ON to ON. 1 day! Yes, you read it right, 1 day. Made purchase on Aug 19. Approved on Aug 20. Received parcel this morning. Now I am wondering what's wrong with my transfer.
