Finally. I've picked up mine today. It was pretty oily but nothing even close compared to a Yugo SKS covered in cosmoline. So it took me about an hour to remove excess oil. Aand.. it is indeed beautiful. I really like phosphate finish, so I'm happy with the choice. And it is not going to EE, lol. A toolkit is something worth mentioning - it has both windage wrench and elevation front post adjustment tools, a thingy to switch gas port settings if you don't have a cartridge handy, a couple of spare pins and cleaning rod attachments. Also, I tried to shoulder it and I don't really see a problem with that latch. You just need to make sure that you don't press it into the shoulder pocket, the middle of the buttstock plate should be there instead. So looking forward to the weekend range trip.
