Dude... why do people expect Walmart or Amazon levels of “customer service” from a small privately owned business? FFS, they probably have 5 people on staff with families and and a life... very much like you.

Patience is sure a virtue that is not valued any more. I'm sure people are just mad that the rifles they are trying to scalp are not here yet.. saw quite a few ads selling rifles not in their possession yet. Their buyers are probably getting pissed off at them.

That actually makes sense now, didn't consider that perspective before.

Because that is what TI said. My issue is with what’s happening is what was said. If they would have said we’ll get it to you 2 months from now then fine. That’s all it is. I’m so busy at work right now the only time I even think about it is when I click on this forum so it makes no difference to me. But I expected different from what was said. Plus I feel like stirring it up lol

i didnt go thru the ringer like you guys did with the pre-orders of the on again and off again production cos i dont believe in financing 100% of they purchase so i waited till it arrived, even then it was a sh*t show cos large orders was penalized and single order went ahead, i think it was the fixed stock went first.
they learned from that and this time, imho, it seems more orderly except for a few cases. and the limit on the emt and missing pal, hopefully these wont happen by the next shipment.
 
Wow, I love how judgemental and holier than thou people get here. I don't think it's unreasonable when one spends thousands of dollars on items that are in stock, to expect them to ship within a reasonable amount of time. I get that they had lots of orders but they themselves aid everything would ship by the end of September. That's a few weeks after ordering. It's now coming up on two weeks into October and a month after placing orders for some of us and there's no indication that we are close and no updates from TI. Nobody is expecting Amazon level shipping within a coupe days or Prime level service with our orders arriving in 48 hours but it's been nearly a month with no shipment or update. So I think it's justifiable to be unhappy about that. Maybe TI could give better updates so we understand the delays or even offer to refund the shipping costs for those still waiting as an apology for the long delays etc.
 
If you all have problems with the quality of service from Tactical Imports why not request them to cancel your order? Stop complaining on the internet, and show them you are serious by not supporting their business.
 
I will say an update would be nice, but ye things must be crazy for them at TI. Everyone one on both sides need to stop be being so sensitive. Happy thanks giving!
