Can't quite comprehend why Lapua doesn't offer .270 win.
Can’t wait for 7 Rem Mag now. Finally, they did a belted case.
That's a reasonable explanation but they do offer stuff that would be considered more of a hunting cartridge today such as .30/06 and .243 winBecause hunters don’t spend money like target and precision long range shooters do.
50 pieces of .270 would last 3 lifetimes in my rifles. I’ll order 200 pieces of 6.5 prc and question if that’s even enough...

Some inside dope for you, some cases that say Lapua are NOT manufactured by Lapua....just so you know.......FS
Our business connection at Lapua prefers not to mention new product until an exact manufacturing date is known, however the marketing/PR guys wanted to get this great information out and we'll post as soon as we know a Canadian delivery date.
Of course we'll have a substantial order in as soon as they will accept them.
Regards,
Peter
Will mention 7X57.
Regarding .270 Win, we checked our inventory system which goes back 15 years and there isn't any record of this cartridge case, so it's been + 15 years since there has been Lapua-branded brass in .270 Win.

Hopefully they come out with 6.5 Rem Mag and 35 Whelen while they're in the mood of introducing new stuff
RJNo SAUM?...but 6.5 PRC?
Guess that pretty much spells death for SAUM?
Only a matter of time before they release a 7mm based on PRC case.
ADG makes SAUM brass.
