Is it really worth shopping at this store? TENDA

I ordered from Tenda on 27th November and the expected delivery is 18th December, however this is really good service since I live in a remote area and it takes me a half day to go into town, also I always select UPS as the delivery option because the driver will deliver to my home which is 6km off the nearest paved road. The courier now has a Ford Ranger pickup with a winch on it which he told me is kind of useful with some locations he makes deliveries too! He used to drive a Ford transit van which proved to be some what challenging!

Its got nothing to do with patience. You have my money, you have a physical product. You are just shipping. You have nothing to make. It does not take 8 days to ship a parcel.

Depends how busy they are, it could take 8 days. You don't get the cheapest prices around by having extra labour on hand at all times.

Then they need to come out say that. And give a timeline and set expectations. You don’t just leave customers hanging. That is the reason for a lot of responses in this thread.

I feel like it’s the same thing with Canadapost and Canpar, my packages are stuck right beside my house for over a week now, no answer from anyone, I called and Canadapost have no information regarding the parcels, Canpar doesn’t even answer the phone, so I’m left hanging.

I find it worth shopping there, especially because I am in the GTA.

My latest purchase... they had a sale on a great rifle for a great price, so I placed my order online and clicked the will pick up box.

The next day was a Saturday (I was going to the range on Sunday), and the order still said in progress and not 'ready for pickup', but knowing they likely have it in stock at the store I figured I can probably get it.

So I called them, had no issues getting through, gave the order number, and the guy said sure you can come get your rifle. 2 minutes later I got an email saying the rifle is ready for pickup. Drove to the store and got it. Zero issues, zero hassles.

I have had really good luck. Fast shipping. Proper stuff. But I imagine they ship a absolutely insane amount of product. I really would be interested to know how much. But I feel like it would be shocking. So screw ups are bound to happen. And those that have to take the calls and all that likely are pretty tied up. I’m sure there is a real process to it. Checking and correcting orders. Keeping track. Ect.. So one has to give them a bit of slack. Not too much. But a bit. I’m sure they have good intentions and they do provide what this community loves. Guns and ammo!!!

All the other online vendors who ship an absolutely insane amount manage to do it in 2-3 days. Quite a few the very next day

See the thing is, a lot of the time they DON’T have the product. They add stuff to their inventory before they even receive it, in some cases a week before.
