Is it worth shopping at Tenda?
Yes, absolutely.
Here is my take on it. YMMV. Please keep in mind, my take is worth what you paid for it $0

There prices are usualy very fair in regards to the current market.
And just like any business they have to work with their suppliers, customers, and staff. If they are running with some of the cheepest retil prices on products, then their margins are likley smaller, and if the margin is smaller, then they have to make ut up on volume. And if there doing it on volume, then they will be busy and things can slip though the cracks. In business it happens sometimes. Usualy (?!) A quick curtious phone call is all it takes to get things brought to attention, and back on track. Again YMMV, but i will continue to shop at Tenda.
 
That’s a lot of assuming. They seem to gouge on stuff to me. Free market and all of that but there’s simply much better out there if you’re willing to look around a little bit.
 
I’ve had a few slowdowns with Tenda but it was always solved over the phone. I’ve bought since and would buy from then again without hesitation. Everyone is still backed up from Black Friday sales plus the couriers are slow. I got something from Cabelas on Black Friday and it has yet to be shipped
 
Just from my own personal experience, I bought 2 pistols and lot of ammo from them in the past, never had any complaints, I remember the lady (maybe the owner, not quite sure) was very nice and helpful. I found their prices in general are competitive during regular times, which sort of makes their advertised "special" prices during promotion less appealing.
 
I bought so many guns from tenda one year I got invited to a private party with free food and drinks and special deals, if I was in Toronto I would of gone,
 
I've personally not only visited the store several times and had absolutely the best shopping experience and help, but their online ordering has been without a problem too..... Not sure why so many of these repetitive threads keep coming up.
 
I phoned them today because, for the first time, my order is still being processed after 6 days. They answered right away. Seems that due to Black Friday sales and Christmas rush they are 10 days behind. Fair enough. I'm not worried.

This is accurate, my order just shipped out today after 10 days in processing :) Can't wait to take it to the range.
