Is it really worth shopping at this store? TENDA

Tenda got my business several times in the past (including earlier last week) and has been great to deal with.

That said, when there are big sales, they usually get flooded with tons of orders and the processing can be a little slow.

I ordered on Tuesday and am still waiting for a shipping confirmation. I'm not worried, I trust I will get my things in due time.

There have been others, around calmer times, when the packages were at my door two days later.

Tenda #####**g Rocks! Ive shopped in person and online, great guys to deal with, even carries out my bulk ammo lol

I had really good service from them. A bunch of guys in my family did a build order of ammo. arrived in about 2 week's but it came in multiple boxes (ie: 9mm one day, .223 3 days later, more 9 mm the day after). They ran out of 2/3 of the things we wanted, but they immediately called us and gave us the next best thing. I would say it's 100% worth buying off here. (their ammo is cheaper)

Not my favourite vendor, but still in the top five.
Prices are competitive, shipping is pretty good, service good enough.
Overall I give them 4stars. If they have what you want, get it.

Does Tenda offer insurance when you check out with an online order? I did not notice an option to purchase insurance, and I assumed a retailer is responsible to deliver the purchased goods, or full refund if not delivered.
I put an ammo order in on the 18th of November 2020, Scheduled Delivery Date was 30th November, 2020, and now the order is lost.
Tenda is telling me through their sporadic comms that I am only going to get $100 back on a $400 order because I did not purchase insurance?
Anyone else have any experience with a "lost" order from Tenda before?

From Tenda this morning:
Our relevant department has filed a claim already on behalf of you to UPS.
We will now have to wait for the claim process with UPS.
Since you did not purchase insurance for the shipping, UPS will only be able to reimburse up to $100 for the claim.
Any updates we will inform you.
Best regards,
Brian

Insurance

All Couriers do only cover up to $100 on claim for shipments without insurance
Canada Post charges $2.83 per $100 declare value after tax with the first $100 declare value free of charge
UPS and Canpar charge $1 per $100 declare value after tax with the first $100 declare value free of charge

It looks like an extra $3 would have saved you the $300 loss.

I just placed an order with them the other day. Quite large. Shipped out the next afternoon, under 24 hours. Best pricing i could find anywhere. No complaints here?

I've had 5 orders through them in the last 6 months, every time was perfect. I almost never get insurance on anything but did notice the $100 max at shipping. I got insurance on all the ammo purchases, mostly because it ships by the cases which are dense/heavy little boxes and not re-wrapped to disguise the contents.

Most recently a G35MOS with the best Black Friday price, and free shipping. At my door 9 days later. Love Tenda.

Always for me 100% never had problems with them or sight sponsors or EE buys and sells. Just lucky i guess . Sure beats the old days when nothing was available in Canada
