Yes even a Minority can repeal an OIC. There will be an election in the coming year no matter what happens on the gun file. If the LPC brings out legislation to make the ban permanent it will take 15-24 months to pass in a minority parliament. Our future hangs ENTIRELY on the next election. Vote CPC if you value your property!
 
my s74 appeal ended in the judge siding with the acg for non jurisdiction, and your god damn right it's not over, thanks wolverine
 
Totally expected. The bar is high for injunctions compared to the court cases. I imagine an injunction closer to the end of amnesty would have much greater chances of success.

Looks like a solid chunk of donations are going to the AGC's legal fees :'( feeding the enemy.

Perhaps this posters way to rally further donations beginning with his/her own. So, poster...are you rallying for donations & further support or is your intent elsewhere?

Perhaps we need to consider how attacks posted on this forum to one another also reflect our solidarity as a community. Without it, without mutual respect and trying to achieve solidarity, we compromise our community and our chances of success.

(For clarification, the above two posts are examples of dignity, decency and positive representation of the community)

This comes as no surprise. Now is the time to double our resolve and support the individuals and businesses that are on the front line fighting this issue.

Sniping at each other is not helping anything.

Do you say that every time you pay income taxes or any other taxes? Maybe you should because that money is used against you, your properties and your rights. Our only means to stop this abuse is to use the legal system.

Not sure if sarcasm but you are correct: it will be "Donate O'Clock" all the way to the Supreme Court. Either you finance the legal effort or accept to forfeit your rights to own and use.

More than guns are at stake. Under the lie of Public Safety the government believe it can dispose at will of any properties they feel are risks to their governance. Next will be motorcycle, boat, car, knives, chains saw, wood stove/fireplace, drones, etc.

It is not a pleasure to chip but I do it as personal and civic obligation. Canada was never meant to be Cuba or Venezuela, until socialist Turd Sr got elected.

In my last s74 appearance (pretrial a few days ago), the counsel for AGC mentioned they are seeking to dismiss one of the applications due to filing after the 30 day limitation.

Agreed! We are dealing with people that move the goal post or just change the laws to their advantage when they lose.
Despite that, this legal action needs to happen for clarity of the many vague areas in our laws.
Also the discovery aspect of the gov being under oath can lead to interesting nuggets!
