Breaking: CCFR injunction unsuccessful, but it's not over

Agreed! We are dealing with people that move the goal post or just change the laws to their advantage when they lose.
Despite that, this legal action needs to happen for clarity of the many vague areas in our laws.
Also the discovery aspect of the gov being under oath can lead to interesting nuggets!

Sorry but you don't agree with me at all, as much as I don't agree with you !

The vague area seem to be between your ears........

In my last s74 appearance (pretrial a few days ago), the counsel for AGC mentioned they are seeking to dismiss one of the applications due to filing after the 30 day limitation.

So in effect they are arguing that it is a revocation subject to the 30 day response. I am sure that would be interesting for several others that have made it to court with their S74 hearings.

Thanks all!

When the judgement came out, my friends and I were of course disappointed and pissed, end result, we decided to donate and buy another gun.

Felt better after that.

so dont donate, just sit there and whine and take it up the six like the lieberals want canadians to do.
legal challenges arent cheap, and the AG lawyers will try and drag this out for years....to try and make us run out of money so we drop the case.
this isnt just about firearms, its also about property rights in canada, which we dont have.
the liberals want to take everything....but thats ok....just be a keyboard whiner and sit back and watch.
me....i'd prefer to keep everything i have baught over the years, and have donated to the ccfr legal fund on many occasions since this started.
but thats ok...you just sit back and whine

I didn’t take his comment as sarcasm

I have zero hope in these legal proceedings and yet I support them and I have donated for the cause, for that it was the only action we as a community could have taken at this juncture in = time.

But let's not be foolish, this OIC will only be overturned in the next election by way of getting rid of those who brought it in and they will not stop until take it all away.

My thoughts exactly when she brought it up.
