I already know the answer to this question but I will ask it anyway out of frustration. Could this rifle skirt enough of the bull#### to get an FRT? ACR vs. XCR type thing?

We already know that even a cosmetic similarity to a prohibited firearm renders it a "variant", and therefore prohibited. It doesn't even have to be a CLOSE similarity.....just a vague one is enough.

Lol ain't that the truth. Those dangerous assault Mossberg 715T's used by armies everywhere.
 
Murray Smith argued during testimony that even bolt guns that look like ARs could be variants.

It's a 16" Semiautomatic AR15. Nothing about it is unique, proprietary or incompatible with an AR15.
