I already know the answer to this question but I will ask it anyway out of frustration. Could this rifle skirt enough of the bull#### to get an FRT? ACR vs. XCR type thing?

"Proprietary" receiver design, reciprocating side charger would indicate an exclusive or modified bolt carrier group, no forward assist, no rear charging handle, designed from the get go as a hunting rifle like the ATRS MS/MV/MH were.

We are proud to introduce the FIERCE Sidewinder to the modern sporting rifle. Our sleek, lightweight F-15 is a unique rifle built for the varmint and predator hunter or tactical shooter who requires an extremely accurate, lightweight rifle that provides quick follow-up shots. This rifle is a side charger with no forward assist and no rear side charging handle. True to Fierce Firearms standards, the Sidewinder features a ½ MOA accuracy guarantee and a certified target detailing accuracy and ammunition used.

Here is what you get with your new Sidewinder rifle:

High-end precision components
Unique sleek receiver design with fewer parts to get hung up on while hunting
Carbon fiber hand guard with full length aluminum rail
M-Lok design compatible with bottom rails and accessories
Trigger Tech trigger
Ambidextrous controls
Carbon fiber pistol grip
16” Match grade stainless steel hand lapped barrel or C3 Carbon Barrel
½ MOA 3 shot accuracy guarantee verified at 100 yards

We already know that even a cosmetic similarity to a prohibited firearm renders it a "variant", and therefore prohibited. It doesn't even have to be a CLOSE similarity.....just a vague one is enough.

Lol ain't that the truth. Those dangerous assault Mossberg 715T's used by armies everywhere.

Murray Smith argued during testimony that even bolt guns that look like ARs could be variants.

Hahaha Variantboner, that's gonna trend.

It's a 16" Semiautomatic AR15. Nothing about it is unique, proprietary or incompatible with an AR15.

It's a bolt action. Sixteen inches from the factory - good; from the darkened corners of a home workshop with a hacksaw- bad. This has been discussed many times in the gunsmithing forum.

Okay, I though it was a semi-auto.

****Correction, it is a semi, 16" No Go!*****
