Been on the search for these for quite some time. I only started reloading a couple years ago and didnt really experience the pains of ammo shortage until I couldnt find these.
What a relief. Anyone else winning lately?

I found a few good deals on bullets on the EE but not lately... still would like to find some 150gr 30cal cheaper bullets to practice with so I don’t use up my nosler partition. And some 168gr TTSX 30cal...

I fix furnaces for a living and two weeks ago I got a call that a furnace wasn't working in an older area of town. This was a WW2 era home that has one main floor and you lift a trap door and go down 4 steps under the home into a dirt basement and that is where the furnace and water heater are. After fixing the furnace I was looking around and in the corner of the dugout was an old 40's plumbers lead heater and a bunch of boxes. The homeowner was moving at the end of this month and the new owner didn't want anything and the guy said to take what ever I wanted from that corner. They had moved in 5 years ago and noticed it there and it has sat there for who knows how long.

To make a long story short I got a gasoline heater and 300 lbs of pure lead. The heater is cool to watch running, after I cleaned it up and put Coleman camp stove fuel in it , it fired right up. Here is one that is the same as mine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Vvg5Q8rIN0

We called them "Plumber's Pots" I had one also, fired with naphtha. I found the Coleman fuel expensive so I started using Hi-test unleaded gas in it and that worked fine. I sold it when I found a propane fired unit that I still own.

Been looking for .308 150 gr ttsx for months. Depressing search! Anyone know where to get some!?

After a long exhausting search, about 30 seconds...they are in stock at Cabelas online.

At a pre-Covid gun show, I found 70 brand new Lapua cases in 6.5x55, for $30 and 60 once fired 257 Wby (weatherby headstamp) cases also for $30. A couple other finds, but not reloading related.
