Swiss Arms - New Canadian Importer!

Redleg,

Are the new Classic Greens being imported with green furniture or black these days? Any adjustment on the price with the high Canadian dollar?

All guns come with Black Furniture, yes pricing was adjusted. See our section.

Redleg,

Just wondering, was there any particular reason the Classic Green's furniture was changed to Black over the Green? I was always a fan of the original green. IIRC the Swiss military still issues green furniture with their SG 550s.(And yes, thread nitpickers, I know that the PE-90 isn't a 550)

It did not change to black, it was always black. Only the very first guns shipped had green furniture because there was not enough black in production.

Is it possible to purchase a green furniture set separately? I wonder if they do this to increase aftermarket sales?

Yes you can buy it seperately. However if you join any US based board you should be able to trade black for green pretty easy. The Black is much harder to get and costs more.

R Nichols doesn't deal with us peons. They're just another form of gun control. - dan

Yeah, They wont even let in the HK LEM triggers.... Im not sure how many LEM's would sell, but i was tempted to buy 10 or so and import them then sell them (group-buy style)

I mean, by their logic, they wouldn't let people buy DA revolvers

We have been one of the largest retailers of Swiss Arms in Canada due to our good relationship with TSE (we currently have some models in stock). Our biggest problem in the past was getting enough product to satisfy the demand. I think in some case the infrequent supply of Swiss Arms actually helped keep the interest and demand high on these excellent guns. We will continue to carry these guns no matter who the importer is ,as that is out of our control. As mentioned previously the prices given to us from R. Nichols /FN Sports are very close to those previouly supplied by TSE and we should (at least for the time being) be able to hold the price at the previous retail. Phil.
