These events aren't even in Canada but you have Global News and The Canadian Press reporting on them. Trump might have been demented but he was right on 'Fake News' and how they frame their stories.

It doesn't matter how I view them, it matters how the law views them. There have been many examples of intruders breaking into homes and people defending themselves being jailed thereafter. Right now we live in a society that celebrates being a victim for whatever the reason; I don't know. Lastly I do not know what you mean by tyranny (is it simply an opposing ideology) and what you expect me to do about it?

Of course it matters how you view them. Tyrants are making unjust laws in order to control the population. Civil disobedience is entirely justified and it's our duty. The types of guns they want to ban ensure we remain a free people.

Have you ever asked why our society is like this?

Just look at Russia, China, Cuba, Venezuela.

You can see the tyranny all around you closing in. No free speech, no guns, in some cases no food, socialism, state run schools and media. Social media that makes sure people have the correct views.

What you don't seem to realize is that most of us got into guns just as a fun hobby.
If someone told me that I would have to deal with politics, gun bans, overzealous gun nuts and being dragged in the most toxic, rotten to the core community I've ever seen just to have the right to own a handgun, I would never have wasted my time, energy or money getting an rpal.

You can pretend being in Red Dawn if you want, but leave us out of it, alright?

I know this is a very pessimistic prediction but I just don’t see Conservatives winning this election.

Why so much civil disobedience?

This is not just a hobby for a lot of us and I can say that with confidence. We know what happens after they take the guns.

How are you dragged into the most rotten to the core community? You don't sound very sincere and who lets other people prevent them from obtaining a tool for fun and protection?

There is no pretending here. Stop denying reality and trying to downplay Canada turning into a communist dictatorship. If YOU don't want to fight then so be it. I think you'll regret that decision in the future if they're successful.

The nation which can prefer disgrace to danger is prepared for a master and deserves one.

Thank God there's still people here that prefer danger.

I've seen far worse. Marxism creates the tension and division in our society and on social media because that's what it is designed to do. Communism is what is taking the guns away. Take that out of the equation and this site will be filled with happy people. There will still be grumpy old timers with their blued and wood stock firearms but that would be it.

Can't believe there's someone agreeing with Bill Blair. If anything they don't like guns because of the constant anti gun propaganda.

Want to know what the real problem is? Marxist ideologies and I definitely don't tolerate them. No one should because look at what they have done to Western civilization. Look at how many people have been killed by Marxism. We don't tolerate Nazism but an ideology with a higher kill count gets a free pass?

The sport was growing quite well until someone that admires communist dictators decided to ban the sport.


Can you give me an example of a different opinion on here that I won't tolerate? Denying the Marxist subversion and communist takeover doesn't count. All that I'll say to those people is they've been ideologically subverted. Hardly blasting. It will take a communist military boot crushing their balls to get them to accept the truth.

So far people have been blasting me for stating facts. They really lose their minds. They become little tyrants and demand that my free speech be taken away.

There's a difference between disagreeing with opinion and disagreeing with facts and reality. Some do turn into mini tyrants and demand free speech be taken away because they don't like hearing these facts or even correct opinions.

The other issue is people that do deny facts and reality don't see the danger (not to be confused with dangerous freedom) they're putting everyone in.
