Liberals plan to ''End Gun Violence''

Besides, it didn't work in the last election, what makes a person think the result will be different this time?

Time for a positive change.......

But it did work in the last election. The turd lost his majority and the popular vote. And this time around I think O’Toole has more support from the centre voters than Sheer did. The CPC stood a decent chance at forming government. But with what O’Toole was forced to do pissed off too many true conservatives and since there is another option he’s probably going to lose seats for the cpc. I still don’t think the ppc will win any this time around. Which means all the lost cpc seats are either going liberal or npd, either way not good for Canada.

Again, it's as clear as day that the PPC will NOT get any seats, let alone forming gov for change. The CPC are the ONLY chance to get the turd out at this time (<--- keywords).

I agree with previous posters stating to donate to the PPC now, but vote CPC just to get the turd out.

Because all we'll be left with are muskets when the turd gets another 4 years for additional bans & they will get support from BQ/NDP screwing over this entire community, ranges, merchants, etc.

Seriously, It just doesn't make any sense voting PPC at this time given what's at stake.

I think we all really need to stop voting based on guns. Let’s be honest. Right now I think best case scenario we get to keep what we currently have and continue to be able to use them. I really doubt we’re going to get anything back now until the CCFR court case has been heard. But a liberal government is going to take away pretty much everything we have left as well as absolutely destroy our economy, housing, freedoms, dollar and so on. This vote needs to be about removing the liberals from power. We need a government who can try and stop the bleeding before this country dies.

I want my guns back just as bad as the rest of you but even more than that I want a country my kids can live in and not one they’re going to have to try and flee from.

I envy those who can vote on a single issue without a thought to any other thing. It's not easy to vote in election after election trying to have some say over social, economic, and other issues knowing that much of what is promised is either bullsh*t or not possible. I spoke with an acquaintance yesterday who is a devout Liberal. They pay him for his devotion so that at least is a good reason. We did discuss the gun control issue and indeed for him there is no finish line. That's confusing because he will allow for some ability to hunt and won't declare target shooting as completely unacceptable. But he wants to stop all the death and destruction caused by guns which he never has or will use. So clearly he is a typical Liberal.... He knows nothing about firearms except what he sees on the news but is fully in favour of legislation which he also does not understand.
The conversation obviously brought up the huge issue of gun crime in Toronto. He seemed a little flummoxed when I told him Toronto has always been one of the safest cities in the world and still is, coming second in ratings, and that includes violent crime.

So it seems many devoted Liberal are simply not informed on reality, and are aiming for honorable but unrealistic goals. I see the same in all parties. The most devoted and zealous advocates are completely disconnected from the real world, and that includes the Conservatives, who also constantly strive for things that are not in their best interest. But if gun control is your only issue, the choice is easy. I voted against Trudeau because he's simply not his father and those times are past. The name means nothing to me. Without the name, what has he got? Without the name he'd never have got the job. After getting the job, he's just another semi competent, semi corrupt, politician and he's wasted his chance. I vote for change. (but not expecting any real change of course)

Looking more and more like a Trudeau minority. Unreal. Cant believe that people still will vote for him.

Indeed, it is incredible there are still people voting for him...and that includes my own father with whom I've had numerous discussions. They can't be reasoned...

Every time I see a PPC sign up that’s what I think, a percentage of voters so stuck up there own ass they can’t see where it counts, willing to give the liberals the wiggle room to get back in all over some pipe dream that’s never going to happen.

And every time I see a PPC sign I think that there's still some real Canadians around, not just politically correct sell-outs.

Yes.
And of course having your head stuck up your own ass is what led Max to launch his ego project of a party in the first place.

Great well you enjoy your pride, and when we’re sitting in another liberal government, tell me how “real” you feel. Had this been any other election I might even be a little excited to see what they bring to the table, but this is a crap election, and an honest chance at removing that moron from office, even if you don’t thing O’toole is “real” would you rather Justin? Do you really think they can convince virtually every CPC voter to jump ship? I’m no mathematician but the odds don’t look good, they look more like they could be better put to use securing a CPC minority, take the lesser of two evils for today and deal with the petty stuff later.

By all means, stay true to your beliefs and vote for the lesser of the leftists.

I maintain my desire to vote for a free Canada and will vote accordingly.

It's nice to be able to vote FOR a party and not just vote against others...

Well that’s your right, but do come back after the election and tell us what a vote for PPC accomplished when they still have literally no seats.

To add to the above... And you can lament your poor voting choice while the liberals, who won because of people voting PCC instead of CPC, take the rest of your guns and freedoms.
