As others have stated: you bought a rifle known to have fit and finish issues, and are complaining about fit and finish. You could post it on EE today and likely sell it for cost. Go ahead and do that if you are that unhappy with the product. The first batch of these into canada were literally bent, do you think all those people got new rifles exchanged?

You are complaining they didn't answer your phone call within 1 day. Two thirds of us haven't even received ours yet. Give it a rest man

I remeber my parents telling me stories about fleeing communist eastern Europe to Canada. I also remeber them telling me stories stories about trash humans who would judge them on their English skills when they got here. Coming from 2 ultra successful people now it's odd to hear.

You might not agree with his issue but there's no need to give him a hard time for 'trying to communicate'. Quit being a goof.

I’ve had two issues with TI products over the years - Not bad considering how much stuff I buy from them. I buy a lot!

Anyways, they’ve taken care of both issues but it did take some time. I didn’t need to stay hounding them tho; just made a single call or a single email and wait.

You’ll be fine.
