Yeah, lots of Glocks out there. It's a general rule of thumb, the more popular the gun the more of them will be available secondhand. They are fine guns. Reliable and great aftermarket support.
The ergonomics are not for everyone, nor is the trigger. I don't love the grip myself but when you get used to the point of aim and the reset point of the trigger you can get quite good accuracy out of them. Brilliant for ringing steel plates.
I prefer other pistols, but Glocks are great.
