The algorithm finally detected known as ar15 eh. Why they ban these is beyond me, I mean they only come with 5 rounds mags that can't be modified.

ANY gun that LOOKS like it can kill will be banned this is not a new concept.

The message needs to be loud and clear that we will not comply

I don't own one of these shotguns but I'm smart enough to know that it is most certainly not an AR anything.
 
The FRT is not law. It is just a catalogue.
The classifications contained in the FRT reflect decisions that have been made.
Do these decisions have legal weight?
Some certainly do.
 
Don't forget 12 gauge shotguns were banned too I'm sad to say my cousin his 12 gauge shotgun he took hunting last weekend he was laughing at me until he got pulled over
 
We sent the lab in Ottawa a sample over 2.5 years ago. At that time there was no reason it would be banned. It took them so long to process, the OIC was passed in the meantime and it is now banned. This just came through a few weeks ago after the 2.5 year wait.

Sorry to hear PR, but damn appreciate your support in this fiasco.
 
So, let me get this straight - the upper is the gun, it uses a different operating principle (gas blowback), has completely different parts and a different purpose (sporting shotgun), BUT it's a variant of a gun in which the lower is the gun, uses direct impingement and is designed as a small calibre sporting rifle. Even after all these years, these guys still manage to amaze me.
