wow that is a beauty.

So I think TI has "officially" said that you're not supposed to have a scope that hangs over the action on the pic rail mount, but I kinda want an LPVO on my T81. Has anyone put one on? Did you experience any issues? Any brass strikes?

you need to find a brass deflector. murray on youtube shows it on a posp. and the posp hangs over the action on the rail mount.

I honestly think things like ACRs, RFBs, Famaes, M96s, and G36s (relatively rare rifles) are going to be the "Valmets of 2025". They're the ones most likely to slip under the ban hammer. T81 is now almost as ubiquitous as the Cz858 was, and as such will likely be visible enough to be banned whenever Trudeau's handlers feel like throwing a bone to their supporters.

but used a lot in communauties like sks and valmet ...

trappers i know here are using the folder and i really like it as well but after shooting 3 different kinds i really like the stock of regular on lmg as well as the folder and there is no need to change the folder stock imho.

The folding stock is a lovely stock, so other than maybe adding a generic rubbery recoil pad, I can't see ever wanting to change anything about mine.

that 10% remaining is taking them a long time to sell, lol. they still have some as of now.

They are sold out now and TI said that he imported more fixed stock versions following the demand from the last shipment.

At 1,200 it is a bargain and used prices seem not to move other than the odd flyer.

1000 is a low dream where the sks d have been put for over 1200 ...and the t81 is way above an sks d even unfired ...

now what we can have is the people that kept their valmet are not called scammer but at $10000 for some lol ...with the actual politic the t81 maybe become the valmet of 2025 ...

I sold a folder a few months back and one guy almost tried to force me to sell it at 1k. Some people have some serious brain disease. The low ballers are worse than the scalpers.

you missed my point C. if it took a day to sell 90% and that includes the fixed non OR so how does it take another day to sell 10% ? think about it? hmmm.

True but I can assure you that TI always has more than he tells us.

lol yup .... actually, it was only 18 hrs when TI said it was 90% sold but then it took another 30 hrs to sell the remaining 10%. i thought that was weird.

for sure but you re free not to sell and even being to explain the low baller how he can dream about the price. i will have soon a folder from first batch on ee soon and it will not be at 1000 ...
