Great fun when they were a grand...but they sure aren't $15, $16 and even $1800 guns. Just my opinion from owning one a few years back.
I agree with you with the AK itch. I've shot all the AKish rifles including AK47 and the T81 seems the most AK like to me.
I don't know if they are "worth" what they are priced at, I think they are "worth" about $400. But I understand that it's what we pay and I don't begrudge the price. They cost what they cost to scratch that AK itch.

Obviously haha. My folder actually shoots nicer then the AKM i shot in Poland IMO. I still like the looks of AKs slightly more tho.

Anybody in Ontario get a delivery yet? Canada Post said Monday, then today, but still no out for delivery update.
Same everywhere. That's Canada Post. It will come eventually.
I talked to the delivery girl from CP the other day, she had to deliver 174 packages in one day. It comes in waves she said.

It's a bit odd the charge is posted to my CC before even being shipped.
Are these guys super reliable? This is my first order from Tactical Imports. I don't mind waiting, but this is a bit strange lol

The vast majority hold the charge on your card, then post it after its actually been shipped. Obviously a private seller wouldn't ship before payment. I have no clue what that has to do with anything being discussed here. No need to get so defensive.
After unboxing and a quick spray of some lube I took mine to the range last night and put a couple hundred rounds through it. Accuracy with cheap 60 year old surplus ammo was better than I expected. Enjoy it far more than the “LMG” variant I bought last year. All in all for the price Id say it was worth the coin.

Its normal for it to not fit perfectly.. but yours seem extra chopped up..
I believe the notches near the bottom are suppose to be there. Perhaps repurposed from another model? Other than that, the inside stained work is similar to yours. It makes it seems a lot worse if it is blown up in the photo but I'm ok with it for what we paid.
I got a shipping notifications from CP back on Jan-18, with expected delivery date yesterday, but that was just the EDI from the labels being created. I don’t think mine has shipped yet because it’s still in this stage.
Considering what is going on in the world of logistics and supply chain these days, shrug and keep patiently waiting.
