Canuck operator not functioning

Got a Canuck operator and it’s a jam o matic tried 30 different types of shells what it does is on the reload it doesn’t center the round and jams on the edge of the chamber going towards the ejection port any help

Sounds like a lemon, she under warranty?
 
Recent threads such as this, a Mossberg Shockwave fore end failure, has me believing the reliable short pump shotgun list just grew smaller once again.
Meaning 870 and M37/M87.

Are you referring to the wood forend? I saw the one someone posted awhile ago with the split wood forend but haven't heard of problems with the synthetics.

If you cycle rounds through it manually do you see the same jam? Or does it only happen when firing?

Also as spam one else mentioned how does the lifter look? Is it bent or damaged in some way?

It will do it if manually cycle it and the lifter looks straight
 
We found that it needs a solid break-in with slug and buckshot before it would reliably cycle bird shot. Especially if it's reduced velocity bird shot
 
It will always eject the spent shell so I don’t think it’s a gas issue
And the distributor has been quiet about this I’m at a loss
