Gary Flach put together another nice rifle for me,

Defiance AnTi XM action, Defiance XM alloy bottom metal kit, TriggerTech Trigger, 22 inch 1-8 twist 5R Benchmark Carbon Fiber Wrapped Barrel plus a Gary Flach hand made side port brake, Gary used a custom mixed Carbon Gunkote Colour to match the carbon theme on all metal surfaces.

The stock is a Manners Ultra Classic Plus exposed Carbon stock (17.5oz)

The rifle weighs 5lbs 12.1oz on its own, 7lbs 3.8oz with Talleys holding a Zeiss V4 4-14x44 scope.....next stop the rifle range.

I don't hate the scope choice, but for a compact and lightweight rifle, isn't it a bit much? 6.6 ounces heavier than a Leupold 4.5-14x and double the money. The weight and size seem at odds with the idea of a lightweight rifle. But in the end, it's all a question of personal preference and taste, and there looks like there is a lot of good stuff in your build. Congrats!

I mounted the Zeiss on there for pictures but it is one of my favourite scopes for hunting long range shooting, it has a Leupold VX3i 4.5-14x40 CDS 30mm on there now for a 6lbs 14.8oz weight.
If you want the best compromise for lightweight long-range hunting scope the Leupold is the scope to use, if you want the next best option in a hunting scope thats only 6 oz heavier with better glass and more Moa adjustment and an all round tougher scope I haven't found one better than the V4 4-16x44 Zero Stop MOA scope.

Haha, this guy has taste in rifles and cash to back it. A couple thousand bucks here or there wouldn’t change much.
