55grFMJ .223 with a 1in12",or 1in9"twist. you don't need soft points.

I don't need confidence for how we hunt them, run them run in trucks..hop out and spray...they get really messed up.
Although I a good shot out to about 800 meters with my buddies 300 win.
55gr FMJ 223 in the right twist and barrel length will give you vary dramtic fragmentation effects out to 200yds.Unless required by law. I would still go with ANY expanding hunting bullet before using FMJ.

Is that there legal in yer neck o' the woods buddy? Lot's of guys around here doing that with snowmobiles and some are getting caught. Definitely illegal on PEI to chase any wild animal with a motorized vehicle.
You call THAT hunting?I don't need confidence for how we hunt them, run them run in trucks..hop out and spray...they get really messed up.
I think its legal to drive down a road, spot them, get out and shoot them.
The spot where we go is Police free. There has never been a RCMP or anything for as long as my friend has been there.
But yes, everyone in the whole region follows the hunting laws.
