Holosun Warranty Nightmare

Has anyone had issues with holosun canada not responding after receiving an item for warranty claims.
I had been in contact with a representative from holosun in regards to a warranty issue. He opened a claim and provided me with a return label. The return was received and signed for, however 50 business days and multiple emails and phone calls later with zero response I'm left... speechless. I've never dealt with them before but to me this does not seem normal.

Any advise would be much appreciated !!

Damn that doesn't bode well. I just shipped my 510c for warranty service......

Just to update my post.
I recieved a shipping label for my sight. Dropped it off at the post office. Then a week later (today) I received my replacement sight.
Pretty darn happy!

Also it seems it was shipped before they even received mine !

at least they got with an happy customer. very important.

i always wonder what any kind of sight is good if any services is needed. but at least you got one.
 
I can only comment on my experience from roughly 4 years ago. Contact customer support about my red dot acting up and they said no worries we'll just send a new one after you send yours back. Standard, got the shipping label quickly, sent the broken one back, received new one fairly quickly. Again this was 4 years ago or so and a lot of things change in that span of time!
 
Update….

I called this morning and spoke to James. He apologized and stated they had some issues. Less than two hours later I received CanadaPost shipment notice. Should be here in a few days.


New 510c received.
