Your favorite ridiculous handgun price!

Apologies if this is a repeat. Para Ordnance p14 for $10000 at Rangeview Sports. Wow. You could do a lot with $10k, and buying a used 1911 in just "good" condition with a single magazine is rather low on the list.

Yeah thats pretty laughable. Brettsky has no shame, must be something in the corn. Meanwhile there are 2 other WC92s on the EE at $2000 and $2500 which have multiple bumps.

He's gonna he multiple bumps, just because who he is. Cries about dealers doing what he is doing.

Hes trying to make 3000$ profit. People like him needs his EE privages revoked.

Nah, the whole point of an exchange like this one is creating a free market. You list whatever you have for whatever you want. Someone buys it, or they don't. No one is forced to do anything. As soon as someone starts dictating what is or isn't reasonable, it stops being a free market.

Brettzky is a deluded idiot, but it's his right to ask whatever ridiculous amount for his sh!t that he wants. If you're stupid enough to pay it, that's your problem.

You are most certialnly right. And its our right to make fun of him for it.

It's being dishonest. Isnt the point of all these rules and hoops for the EE to prevent scammers?

Scammer is

a person who commits fraud or participates in a dishonest scheme.

Scheme
make plans, especially in a devious way or with intent to do something illegal or wrong.

What's the difference in someone scamming someone for 3k and no item and scamming someone by over charging them 3k?

"Such a deal", if it's one made in Canada! Rare, scarce, and sure to double and triple in value before confiscated.

A scam would be offering goods for sale with no intention of delivering said goods once paid.

There is no evidence to suggest that He does not intend to deliver said goods once paid for.

There's nothing dishonest, illegal, or fraudulent about it. He's being upfront about what he wants for his items, unrealistic and selfish as it may be. If someone agrees to pay what he's asking, a legitimate, proper transaction has occurred. He's not scamming anybody.

I think he's as much of a tw@t as anyone, but you can't start booting people because you don't like the way they choose to do "business". You can, however, choose to not do business with them, and encourage others to do the same.

I say it is dishonest, as he knows he is ripping someone off, he knows he is making profit and he is lying about the value of the trade. Why is his SKS normal price and then his pistols are 2 to 3x the value? Because he hoping to take advantage of someone that doesn't know better. Aren't we suppose to help each other?

Yet we boot people for being Liberal, or trolling. But its not okay to boot someone preying on the uneducated, to pay 3X the value because?

Because the market supports it. 18 pages and people still don't get it? There's nothing dishonest about it. You don't HAVE to buy anything from the guy. You need CGN mods to hold your hand and verify the value of your purchases or something? Jeez.

I mean, since we're quoting definitions here...

Dishonest

behaving or prone to behave in an untrustworthy or fraudulent way

intended to mislead or cheat.

He is not inherently untrustworthy- we have no reason to believe that he doesn't follow through on every agreement made.

There's nothing fraudulent about what he's doing- he's not deceiving anyone. He spells out plainly that he wants to charge you 3x what something is worth.

He's not misleading or cheating anyone- again, he advertises an item, for a price. A person pays that price, and they get said item. As far as we know.

Lol you guys are too much. Don’t want the Wilson? Don’t buy it. I don’t care if anyone buys it or not. If a collector wants to pay a lot for a highly collectable gun, they will do so. If they don’t, I get to keep this amazing firearm.

I’ve never lied, scammed, or ripped anyone off. Nobody is forcing anyone to buy anything. It’s 100% up to the buyer if they want to pay the price or not. It’s like reading comments on a single mother support chat group here lol

The EE is caveat emptor.

Stuff sells if it sells. A seller is free to ask what he/she wants for their stuff. The buyer needs to decide if they want to buy or not.

Period. Full stop.

So, let's not have any more personal attacks. Thanks.

I would agree the cost of a spray can of Old Spice these days is a complete crime. They don't even make funny commercials anymore.
