Alberta restricted transfer

Do any of you guys know how this works - I bought a new pistol from an Ontario retailer Sept. 7th, no email yet, nothing showing on the RCMP list of my restricteds (if I try to do an ATT). Does the Ontario origin of purchase go through Ontario CFO or Alberta where I live ?

Goes through Alberta Cfo. Nothing will show on your end until approved. Retailer would have transfer number.

I waited 2 mths for my aug 5. My june 1 took 5 days so thats how backed up they are.
 
Just got off the phone with the CFO and they have approved my September 27 Transfer. Got the approval Email while I was on the phone with her.

1-800-731-4000- 1-1- 9026 sat on hold today for 15 minutes.

Same here. I Called 20 times starting at 1:30pm today. Always got the auto voice message and hang up. Got through to queue finally and it hung up on me after 8 mins. tried a few more times and got back into queue again and this time it was successful. Approved for my August 26 purchase at 2:15pm. First attempt was today so I'm pretty stoked.
 
Anyone have any natural approvals (without call-ins) to report for business purchase to Alberta resident? I'm curious where they are at in the cue? Have we made it into July purchases yet?

A page or two back in this thread I have a list of my natural, and call in approvals. I think my most recent natural approval was for a June 30th transfer, number 59581XX. They should be into the first week of July now.

I had a natural from Aug 5. Some guys are still waiting from June I think and other guys are calling in and getting Sept 27th approved.

It's looking like darts to the registration board lottery from I've seen watching the thread.

I saw that one, I just wasn't sure if it was a purchase from a business or private sale.

It sure seems that way. I'll hurry up and wait some more...
 
I just started a transfer so let's see both myself and the seller were able to talk to CFP, have refence just must wait for the approval.

I had 3 reggies show up in my mailbox yesterday (the 11th). Two were approvals from September 28th, and one was approved on October 5th. I had a few approvals on the 5th but only received one. I expect it the others will show up this week.
 
Havnt got thru in days using the extension. Got 1 more to go. Called the normal line but must be out of province said wait another 2 months. I thought it redirected you by your call in number.
