I applied for an antique letter from the CFC for a Merwin Hulbert Pocket model in 38 MH caliber and was told no.
I spoke with the lady and was told that the 38MH cartridge falls under the 38SW cartidge as an "also known as" so its no longer classed as an antique.
Further to that I asked about the 44MH and the 32MH calibers and was told that the 44MH still stands alone as an antique caliber and the 32MH fall under the 32H&R as an "also known as" BUT...because the 32H&R isnt on the NO LIST its still classed as an antique.
