M+M M10x Woodland Camo 7.62x39mm 18.6" Non-Restricted

Same here. Not sure what everyone is compaining about.

It's a long list, but no one so far is complaining about the guns being reliable, not having parts fly off and shooting DMR groups.... :)

In the past at least there were others saying their guns ran well but it was more the exception then the rule and some had only fired a few hundred rounds.

Is there ANY indication on when these are going to be on shelves of our LGS? Or do you guys think I should special order?

Pretty sure North Sylva said "Call a dealer to order" in the original post. I haven't seen any in stock anywhere. Based on what I've gathered from the interviews M+M has done recently, this camo version is basically an early run of their new "M10x Plus", which is supposed to be coming to market in November according to this TriggerCon interview https://youtu.be/_x8CBvfWg7I?t=13. If you're like me and want all the upgrades but don't care about the camo, I'd say wait until the new ones come to Canada, hit the shelves, and you can hold one. If you're sold on the camo pattern you may or may not be able to order one by the time you hold one of the new "Plus" models in store. I believe NS did say this was a "limited edition" thing.

Let us know pricing if you do call a dealer though.

Check your PM. We're not allowed to post non-CGN sponsored dealers. It's against CGN rules.

You must order it since nobody has them on shelf.
From the replies I received from 4 dealers, the price range between 2300 and 2400$ and they ask for half the payment or total payment upfront.
So far, I received replies from Bullseye North, RDSC, the ammo source and Wolverine Supplies.
Hope it helps.

Screw it, with the upgraded parts allegedly making surplus ammo usable I'll probably give this latest model a shot. I've been seriously craving another modern 7.62x39 since our VZ's became safe queens, and there's no telling if/when the factory NR Brens show up. I just hope the Pmags I modified for my T81 still work in an AK pattern system lol.

Can anyone tell me the weight of this vs the short handguard skinny barrel version
And how it feels

I want the least front heavy version.

The short handguard heavy barrel gen 2 was still way too front heavy

FOC also have them incorrectly listed as the "short handguard" model.

Seems it is in fact the short hand guard version, Colour scheme is not enough for me to buy this. So question to North Sylva. Will you be bringing in the long hand guard version as shown in first post.

FOC needs to correct the error. The rifle shown in the first post, with the long skeletonized handguard, is what is available.

Thanks, but I called and asked for picture, sat on phone for 10 min and he came back and said he checked, confirmed its short like the others. I dont know what to say. I asked if gas block exposed. yep. The version in first post is special edition. They dont have that one

Whoever buys one of these PLEASE let us know if it runs surplus steel cased ammo of all types reliably!!!

Whenever I receive mine I plan to run it with a bunch of the Norinco surplus, copper wash and green.

Also curious to see if these models are the current iteration (M10X+) with chrome-lined barrels and such, but I'm not holding my breath lol. Had I known these barrels were a thing I probably would have held off on ordering until it's confirmed whether or not they're going on the Canadian rifles, but whatever.
